Back to Gutenstein

After working in Gutenstein, Austria for a week with the Bartow team, the work was still not finished. The team did a great job and much was accomplished, but the job was just too big for one team. I wanted to try and get back down to work on the project again but my schedule was looking pretty full. The only option was to return to Austria immediately, if at all. However, I was only going to be home for two weeks before being gone for almost an entire month (difficult for Lenee'). What to do? Well, I couldn't leave Lenee' and the kids again that soon considering the upcoming schedule. So, I told Lenee' to get everything ready, we would take Nathan out of school for two days and all go to Austria. I didn't have to say it twice. She was so ready to get away from our apartment for a few days, especially to go to Austria. So, we made a family trip so I could work for three more days on the project. VCC is having kids camps in July and needs these bedrooms and bathrooms finished so more kids can come to the camps. That's more kids that hear about Jesus! We all had a great time. Lenee' and the kids played games and rode bikes while I worked. It was a little cold, but still good. We even celebrated Aaron's birthday in Austria, he turned 5 on June 9. It was really good to be able to work a few more days on the project and at the same time, get Lenee' and the kids away for a small break. The work is still not finished, but what is left is not too difficult. With God's help, they will be able to finish before the camps. We also want to say thanks again for your prayers and financial support. You really are making a difference here in Central Europe. And not in just one country, but in six countries. It is so awesome to be able to help these pastors, churches, bible schools, and Teen Challenge centers. It is such an encouragement to them to know that God sees their situation and sends others to partner with them and meet their need. It is great for all of us to be able to sow time and money into all these different ministries. How exciting to think of the many lives that have been and will be changed as a result of your involvement here in Central Europe. Thanks so much!
